Nurse Practitioners Speak at Local Community Events
Overview:
In order to meet the community, build their trust and establish lasting relationships, Nurse Practitioners in this community take initiative in advocating for themselves while connecting with the people.
Get your name out there and get your face out there. We do have a lot of those senior days and youth days and different things like that. We do speaking at those kind of things. Little less now than at first, when I was first here, I had to build up some clientele. I got a lot of “you’re not gonna leave are you?”, because everybody left after two years. So you have to kind of prove yourself, you know what I mean?
