Providing the Opportunity for Employees to Connect with Others

Overview:

Employer provides autonomy for employee to make connections and interactions with colleagues.

[In reference to it being easier to connect if having a common coffee or tea room] Oh for sure it would. Oh of course. There is no doubt. And it would actually save my employer a ton of money because they paid my time to go and make all these interactions and I’ve been lucky that my employer has allowed me the freedom, my manager at the time, to do those things.
